2. Purpose of the app
Vet Buddy helps users organize pet information and discover pet-care options. It is not a veterinary clinic, diagnostic tool, pharmacy, insurer, or emergency service.
3. Medical disclaimer
App content is general information only and is not professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your animal’s health. In an emergency, contact a local emergency veterinary provider immediately.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, protect access to your device, and not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms.
5. Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, design, and original content belong to Vet Buddy India or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app personally.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vet Buddy is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, reliance on general information, third-party services, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
