Delete your Vet Buddy data

You can permanently delete your shared Vet Buddy account and associated pet-care data from either the app or website.

Delete inside Vet Buddy

  1. Sign in to the Vet Buddy Android app or website.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm.

This removes the server account and associated pet profiles, addresses, sessions, cart, saved items, and booking requests. The action cannot be undone.

Remove the Android cache

After account deletion, you can also clear the Android app’s storage or uninstall the app to remove its on-device cache.

Request help

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@vetbuddyindia.com from the email associated with the account. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Support correspondence is retained separately only as reasonably necessary.
